Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to the effective management of employee benefits and payroll operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings
  • Manage payroll processing using ADP systems, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Handle COBRA administration, ensuring compliance with federal regulations
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests and maintain accurate records
  • Support compensation and benefits planning to align with organizational goals
  • Maintain and update the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) with employee data
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll and benefits-related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Prepare reports on payroll and benefits metrics for management review
  • Identify opportunities for improving payroll and benefits processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and HRMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of COBRA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices
  • Experience handling leave of absence processes and documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and resolve payroll or benefits issues effectively
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and management
