Join our dynamic HR Team as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. This role requires expertise in payroll and benefits, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and employee support across multiple countries. As part of the HR Team, you will manage payroll inputs, ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations, administer benefits, and lead process improvement initiatives. The position is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • coordinate and manage payroll inputs across international locations, liaising with external providers to ensure smooth operations
  • ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations
  • monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends to support decision-making
  • provide expert support to employees on payroll, social security, and tax-related queries
  • work in coordination with other HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues efficiently
  • oversee the administration of employee benefits, identifying and implementing new perks to enhance engagement
  • drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits team

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in payroll and benefits
  • exposure to international payroll is a plus
  • advanced English (C1 or higher)
  • additional languages are an asset
  • proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for managing diverse payroll, benefits, and cost reports
  • familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
