We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team. *Please note you must hold an Enhanced DBS to be considered for this role* Key Details: Start Date: ASAP; Hours: 37 hours per week; Location: Leicestershire; Hybrid Working: May be available, subject to the successful candidate's circumstances and business requirements. About the Role: The primary focus of this position will be supporting payroll processing, alongside providing a range of general HR and administrative support to the team.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
  • Ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as relevant labor laws and industry standards. Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, wage rates, and compliance requirements
  • Generate and review detailed payroll reports for clients, identifying discrepancies, tax deductions, benefits, and contributions
