In the role of HR Partner - Diagnostics, you will support the Diagnostics HR organisation by contributing to data-driven insights, annual HR processes and cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders and Finance, supporting both operational and development-oriented HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their HR career, possibly recently graduated, and eager to learn by doing. You enjoy structure, collaboration and working with both numbers and people. At the same time, the role offers enough complexity and influence to be meaningful for candidates with a few years of experience from a similar position, preferably in a global organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Support Senior Director Diagnostics HR in day-to-day activities e.g., following up on deliverables with stakeholders and collaborators
Contribute to the execution of annual HR processes such as performance management, organisational reviews and engagement follow-up
Coordinate timelines, communication, tools and work with reporting related to HR year-wheel activities
Analyse HR data and trends and turning them into clear, actionable insights
Own headcount and FTE tracking in close collaboration with Finance
Participate in Diagnostics-related HR projects, either as a contributor or project driver
Help build and update HR dashboards and reports, supporting both HR and leaders with clear data and insights
Assist with workforce updates and simple scenario analyses
Help prepare presentations, templates and documentation for HR initiatives and organisational changes
Support consistency and quality in HR processes and communication across Diagnostics
Requirements:
A relevant degree in HR, Business administration, or a related field
Experience from a similar HR role, e.g. from a graduate or student position
Interest in HR processes, organisational development and people-related data
Experience from a global or international organisation
Confidence working with data and numbers
strong analysis and Excel skills are considered an advantage
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at different levels in English, both written and spoken
Structured, proactive and service-oriented mindset
Approach new challenges with curiosity, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach
