Job Responsibility:

  • Drive People Services Transformation strategies across LATAM by optimizing and centralizing services within the MCC, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and end-to-end operational processes
  • Coordinate projects, sessions, and governance standards to ensure alignment and deliverables
  • Track strategic plans and communicate project status effectively across all levels
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and training for change initiatives
  • Document current processes, define future state, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in implementing technology enhancements aligned with project plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering, Process/Production Engineering, or Business/Management
  • minimum 2 years in project coordination or management (Project Management certification desirable)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • Advanced Data & Presentation Skills – Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including AI features) for analysis and reporting
  • Process & Change Expertise – Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and supporting change management with stakeholder engagement
  • Technology & Negotiation Knowledge – Familiarity with technology implementation and process optimization, plus skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and audit practices
