As part of a strong growth we are currently looking for a HR operations & Payroll Specialist to join our HR & timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France. Within the HR department, your main mission is to ensure the HR administrative and Payroll tasks in a context of strong development. You will be at the crossroads between our recruitment teams and our HRPB team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll payments are made on time and, in collaboration with the Ops & Payroll team.
Job Responsibility:
HR Operations administration: Management of hirings and departures on the administrative part and follow-up of digitalized processes via HRIS
Management of personnel records and follow-up of temporary workers
Contributing to continuous improvement of Ops supports and cross-functional projects
Support managers and employees on HROPS topics
Payroll Management: Processing of French payroll inputs
Collection of variable elements
Manage payroll inputs related to base pay, disability, leaves, work schedule changes, new hires
Monitoring of contractual changes and payroll impacts
Creation of the Variable Payroll Items (VPI) file for input into the DECIDIUM tool (ADP)
Respecting and anticipating the ADP payroll calendar
Verification and validation of pay slips
Coordination with the financial department for issuing the transfer file
Liaison with ADP regarding upgrades/changes to payroll system
Management of meal vouchers
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Solid knowledge of social law
Experience in outsourced payroll production using ADP's Decidium tool and the ACE functionality
Organized and rigorous
At ease with various IT tools and EXCEL (mastery of basic formulas and DCTs)
Strong interpersonal skills, sense of service and confidentiality, and proactivity
Professional level of English, both written and spoken
