You’ll join our HR team comprised of 4 people and structured around two pillars: Talent Acquisition, who focuses on talent attraction and hiring and HR Operations, who focuses on the full HR scope during the employees’ lifecycles. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to strengthen our foundations and directly support the company’s scaling journey as we have entered a phase of accelerated growth and internal structuring. As our HR Operations Specialist, reporting to Jordane, our Head of HR, you will own operational excellence across core HR areas, from payroll support and employee administration to onboarding, office coordination, and compliance. You’ll also take part in transversal projects that strengthen our People foundations and prepare the company for the next stages of growth.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding processes end-to-end: update internal tracking tools, follow task lists, liaise with stakeholders, and complete HR-specific onboarding actions
Manage employment contracts, internship agreements, addendums, certificates, and administrative requests
track sick leaves and employee documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Lucca)
Prepare and submit monthly payroll variables for both of our entities
Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections when needed
Act as the main point of contact with our accounting firm on payroll-related topics
Support mandatory annual declarations (OPCO, AGEFIPH, and other regulatory requirements)
Support day-to-day office needs, manage equipment and suppliers, help create a positive workplace experience
Support the Head of HR on various projects related to compliance, new processes as well as Talent Management/Employee Development
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in HR or Business school with HR major
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Support, or a similar HR role
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working with HRIS tools (experience with Lucca is a plus), Notion and Google Workspace
Ability to prioritize effectively your tasks with a strong internal customer service mindset and drive to create a smooth employee experience
Native French speaker and fluent in English
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt your communication style with ease
Nice to have:
A first experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus
