We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support global HR operations and international benefits administration across EMEA and APAC. In this role, you will help ensure accurate employee data, smooth HR processes, and reliable benefits administration for employees across multiple countries. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.
Job Responsibility:
Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including new hires, job changes, transfers, terminations, etc. Prepare and distribute job change letters to support system changes
Maintain accurate employee data in Workday ensuring data integrity and timely updates
Support global onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Administer and support key HR Operations programs and assist with employment verifications
Assist senior leaders with submission and tracking of expense reports
Maintain HR process documentation and internal resources
Support administration of international benefit programs across EMEA and APAC, including: New hire enrollments & Life event changes, Open Enrollment coordination, Benefit terminations, Data entry and system updates
Assist with resolving insurance-related issues by coordinating with vendors, payroll, finance, and broker partners
Support the annual benefits renewal process, including data gathering, reporting, and timeline tracking
Prepare employee communications to help promote understanding and utilization of benefit programs
Support administration of leave of absence cases by tracking documentation, updating systems, and coordinating with Payroll and HRBPs to ensure accurate processing
Maintain trackers and documentation to support regulatory compliance across global benefits programs
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, benefits administration, or a related HR function
Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
Experience supporting global or multi-country HR processes is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Management or related field preferred
