For our client, we are looking for an expert voice to support HR operational processes for the Polish market. In this role, you will own the "Hire to Retire" journey, ensuring that every contract, leave calculation, and document is handled with precision and in full compliance with the Polish Labour Code (Kodeks Pracy). You will be responsible for balancing global Workday standards with local legal intricacies.
Job Responsibility:
maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday
manages the full lifecycle of employment documentation
acts as the guardian of compliance, monitoring mandatory medical check-ups
managing Time & Absence by expertly calculating vacation entitlements
collaborates closely with the payroll team
influences others within the job area by explaining complex Polish labor laws
provides exceptional customer service to employees
Requirements:
strong, practical knowledge of Polish Labour Law
proven experience in HR operations or personnel administration within the Polish market
familiarity with Workday (or other HRIS) and a high proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
a passion for accuracy
the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
