Job Description

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our employee lifecycle management. You’ll provide essential HR support by maintaining meticulous employee records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring our operational delivery is seamless. You are the person who brings order to data and clarity to our internal processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring all employee data and documents are managed properly and securely
  • Identifying issues in straightforward situations and making sound decisions based on standard procedures
  • Creating, running, and providing standard reports to internal stakeholders to drive data-based decisions
  • Proactively monitoring HR systems and taking corrective actions where necessary
  • Impacting the wider team through the quality and accuracy of the information and services you provide

Requirements

  • Fluent/Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of HR Operations experience OR a degree in Human Resources
  • An expert in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with the Google environment (Docs, Hangouts, etc.) is a must
  • Experience with Workday is a significant advantage
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle is also highly valued
  • You must have the legal right to work in Hungary
