Job Responsibility:

  • Managing compensation and benefits administration and supporting annual compensation, annual incentive & sales Incentive processes
  • Ensuring all compensation information is stored accurately in the local and global systems and managing production worker Sales incentive calculation
  • Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
  • Ensuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined Service Level agreements (s)
  • Preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessary
  • Supporting employee queries using HR Case Management Tool – Service Now and leading process improvement projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in compensation and benefits and Incentive planning in an HR Shared Services environment for a global company
  • Experience in working in Workday module

Nice to have:

Understanding of Workday core compensation and advanced compensation module would be an advantage
