As part of a strong growth phase, Ledger is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to ensure HR administrative and payroll tasks in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France. The role involves managing recruitment and payroll operations in a hybrid work setting while contributing to continuous improvement within the team and supporting employees and managers.
Job Responsibility:
Management of hirings and departures both on the administrative part and on the follow-up of digitalized processes
management of personnel records and follow-up of temporary workers
contributing to the continuous improvement of Ops supports and cross-functional projects
supporting managers and employees on HR operations topics
processing French payroll inputs and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll cycles
collection of variable elements
managing payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves, work schedule changes, new hires, employees
monitoring contractual changes and payroll impacts
creation of the Variable Payroll Items file for input into DECIDIUM tool
respecting and anticipating ADP payroll calendar
verification and validation of pay slips
coordination with the financial department for issuing transfer files
liaison with ADP regarding upgrades/changes to payroll system
management of meal vouchers.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources
at least 2 years experience in a similar position
solid knowledge of social law
experience in outsourced payroll production using ADP's Decidium tool
organized and rigorous
proficiency with various IT tools including Excel
interpersonal skills, sense of service, confidentiality, and proactivity
professional English level (written and spoken).
