Job Description:

As part of a strong growth phase, Ledger is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to ensure HR administrative and payroll tasks in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in France. The role involves managing recruitment and payroll operations in a hybrid work setting while contributing to continuous improvement within the team and supporting employees and managers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of hirings and departures both on the administrative part and on the follow-up of digitalized processes
  • management of personnel records and follow-up of temporary workers
  • contributing to the continuous improvement of Ops supports and cross-functional projects
  • supporting managers and employees on HR operations topics
  • processing French payroll inputs and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll cycles
  • collection of variable elements
  • managing payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves, work schedule changes, new hires, employees
  • monitoring contractual changes and payroll impacts
  • creation of the Variable Payroll Items file for input into DECIDIUM tool
  • respecting and anticipating ADP payroll calendar
  • verification and validation of pay slips
  • coordination with the financial department for issuing transfer files
  • liaison with ADP regarding upgrades/changes to payroll system
  • management of meal vouchers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources
  • at least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • solid knowledge of social law
  • experience in outsourced payroll production using ADP's Decidium tool
  • organized and rigorous
  • proficiency with various IT tools including Excel
  • interpersonal skills, sense of service, confidentiality, and proactivity
  • professional English level (written and spoken).
