Together.ai is looking for a highly detail-oriented HR Operations Partner to support and scale our People Operations infrastructure in a fast-growing, global organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, logic, and precision—and who takes pride in building clean, reliable processes that work across multiple platforms and countries. You will play a critical role in maintaining our HR systems, supporting immigration processes, employee benefits, and driving special HR initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience. This is a hands-on role that sits between HR, payroll, systems, compliance and leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day maintenance and administration of our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Manage employee lifecycle events (onboarding, changes, offboarding) with a high degree of precision
Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure systems are correctly integrated and data flows cleanly between platforms
Troubleshoot discrepancies across systems and proactively resolve root causes
Support HRIS audits, reporting, and ongoing system improvements
Immigration support - partner with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, documentation, and employee communications
Compliance management and benefits administration
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related role at a high-growth startup
Strong HRIS experience is required
hands-on system administration experience is a must
Strong systems knowledge and comfort with data and reporting
Bonus experience with HiBob or similar modern HR platforms
Solid understanding of payroll concepts and how HR data impacts payroll execution
Experience supporting international employees and systems across multiple countries
Exceptional attention to detail

Highly organized, reliable, and proactive with strong follow-through
Ability to handle employee confidential information with discretion
