Job Responsibility

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of HRIS platforms, including transitioning systems (e.g., Paycom to Paylocity) with TPA auto-feed integration
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, organizational charts, and employee directories
  • Ensure HR processes are standardized, efficient, and consistently applied across all departments and locations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce administrative burden
  • Develop and execute streamlined talent acquisition processes that leverage technology to enhance candidate engagement and hiring efficiency
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for employees and contractors
  • Partner with leadership to ensure workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment strategies align with organizational needs
  • Ensure all job descriptions are current, compliant, and aligned with organizational structure and growth plans
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and workplace concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations across multiple states
  • Apply and enforce company HR policies consistently and fairly
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations and compliance matters
  • Implement and manage performance management tools and processes to provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and development
  • Develop training materials and performance programs to ensure employees clearly understand roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Conduct performance reviews, salary reviews, and career development discussions
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy based on market research, pay surveys, and internal equity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations leadership in a multi-state environment
  • Strong experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms (Paylocity, Paycom, or similar)
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive measurable results
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
