Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and develop the People Services team supporting our business in French-speaking countries
  • Build an engaged, agile, and service-focused team culture that transcends country borders
  • Provide administrative support relating to all HR - this includes but is not limited to: employment documentation preparation and update, pension administration, resolving HR & Payroll queries, employee benefit administration
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery and a seamless employee experience
  • Act as the escalation point, ensuring service levels and operational standards are met
  • Identify and address service gaps proactively, using data and insights to enable continuous improvements
  • Collaborate across global, regional, and local people services teams to streamline processes and support solution adoption
  • Build trustful, effective relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing people services transformation
  • Be responsible for selected people services processes and activities (e.g., Global Mobility, Power of Attorney related process, people services support for Executives, Management contact for confidential matters, participating in people services projects as Team representative)

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, another relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience from a leadership role managing small to mid-sized teams, including responsibility for recruitment, development, task allocation, and performance management
  • Experience working with and improving people experience processes
  • HR operational experience is required
  • High proficiency in French and English, written and spoken (min. B2)
  • Experience with HR digital tools is an advantage
  • High-level presentation capabilities and clear communication skills
  • Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required (<10%) - in particular, during the initial period, it will be required to travel to France to meet the Team members and understand the processes
