We are currently partnering with a forward-thinking education organisation in Bournemouth to recruit an experienced Operations & HR Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and supporting organisational growth within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a HR Lead / HR Manager or similar position

  • Experience within education (not necessarily at this level, can be previous experience (essential)
