Job Description:

Dynamic HR & Operations Lead role to play a crucial role in shaping workplace culture and supporting dedicated staff in Poole

Job Responsibility:

Manage emails and calendars including booking meetings
Communicate effectively with staff, Trustees, and external contacts
Review policies and gather feedback
Keep records up to date across HR, health & safety, and risk systems
Support HR tasks like tracking sickness, payroll, inductions, and leavers
Organise staff training and workshops
Assist in preparing documents and reports for Trustee meetings
Support Full-Time Officers with scheduling and training needs
Lead sustainability projects and collaborate with other teams
Manage reception and supervise the front desk team
Help organise memorable events
Uphold company values, policies, and procedures
Engage in personal development through training and meetings
Follow health and safety guidelines
Champion environmental sustainability

Requirements:

Exceptional time management skills
Strong organisational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong writing and editing capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF software
