Job Description

To support its growth, the Graitec Human Resources Department is looking for an HR Operations Intern for France. Reporting to the HR Operations Partner France, you will help strengthen the quality and responsiveness of the EMEA HR team. In a highly dynamic environment where versatility, service orientation, and priority management are essential, you will participate in the following missions: HR Administrative Support On The Following Topics: Managing the hiring and onboarding of new employees, including preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, personnel files, trial period follow‑up, etc. Updating HR databases and tracking tools (HRIS, dashboards), preparing reports, and analyzing data. Creating, implementing, optimizing, and updating HR documents and processes. Payroll Preparation Support HR Projects & Development Support Contributing to HR projects related to employee well‑being and company culture. Legal Monitoring & Employment Law Supporting the HR Management in ensuring HR practice compliance, conducting occasional compliance reviews, and recommending action plans. Employee Support Assisting employees in exceptional situations such as retirement, long‑term sick leave return, etc. Training Plan Participation Supporting the implementation of the training plan. Global HRIS Data Analysis Supporting global HR data consolidation across our HRIS. Contributing to the analysis of workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, mobility, seniority, etc.). Assisting in the creation of data dashboards and visual reporting for EMEA and global leadership. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness between different HR systems and countries. Participating in continuous improvement of data processes and HR analytics practices.

Requirements

  • You are currently preparing a Master’s degree specializing in Human Resources and are highly motivated to apply your knowledge within the scope of HR activities.
  • Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) → currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources or Employment Law.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Ideally have a first experience in an HR role.

  • Employee Relations Support: Provide support in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and requests, escalating issues to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary
  • HR Projects Participation: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, policy development, or employee engagement activities
