Job Description

Are you an expert in navigating the complexities of international career moves? Our client, a global manufacturing company, is currently expanding its HR structures in Poznań and is looking for a HR Operations Global Mobility Specialist to join their HR departament. In this role, you will be the primary architect of seamless relocation journeys, managing everything from work permits and tax compliance to high-level consultancy for managers hiring talent across the Nordic region. You will be the dedicated partner for employees and managers during one of the most significant transitions in their careers.

Job Responsibility

  • own the relocation journey: manage the end-to-end lifecycle of long-, mid-, and short-term international assignments, ensuring every move to and from Sweden is smooth and compliant
  • empower global talent: act as the lead coordinator for the Global Graduate Program, handling the rotation of future leaders between international markets and Sweden
  • be the expert advisor: support Hiring Managers and HR Partners as a subject matter expert on Swedish labor law, migration processes, and the practicalities of local employment
  • navigate migration & compliance: partner with external vendors to secure work permits and coordinate with Payroll and Finance to manage complex tax and social security landscapes
  • drive excellence: serve as the Single Point of Contact for Group Global Mobility experts and external relocation partners, while continuously identifying ways to "level up" internal HR processes
  • master the systems: ensure data integrity within global HCM systems (SuccessFactors) and manage the financial flow through SAP (invoicing)

Requirements

  • fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential
  • proven experience in HR operations, specifically within Global Mobility, international assignments, or migration services (knowledge of the regulations applicable on the Swedish market will be a great advantage)
  • experience working with SAP (SuccessFactors) or similar HCM systems, and proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • a proactive mindset: you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a "can-do" attitude that thrives in a changing, international environment
  • the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain full confidentiality while working as part of a cross-border team
