Demonstrated experience with leading HR teams and partnering with senior business leaders in complex organisations
Extensive experience in German Labour Relations, including negotiating collective agreements and managing works council relationships

Experience working in aviation or a similar 24/7 customer-facing, regulated environment

Job Responsibility

Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, delivering innovative people solutions for TUIfly Germany
Partner with the TUIfly Geschäftsführer as a key member of the Geschäftsleitung, providing strategic HR guidance
Lead the integration of TUIfly into the broader TUI Airline ecosystem
Develop and implement a robust labour relations strategy aligned with TUI Group and TUI Airline objectives
Provide expert guidance on German labour law and cultural matters to HR peers and Directors across TUI Airline
Shape the TUI Airline HR strategy as part of the global HR leadership team
Ensure efficient and consistent HR service delivery across all aspects of the German airline legal entity
