In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and strengthening day-to-day HR operations, employee experience processes, onboarding coordination, HR documentation, vendor coordination, and workplace-related employee support at ATICA. You will work closely with the HRBP to ensure that employee-facing operational processes are executed smoothly, consistently, and on time. This role will be critical in creating structure around recurring HR operations and admin-adjacent activities, so that employees experience clarity, responsiveness, and support across their lifecycle. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and making processes work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
