In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and strengthening day-to-day HR operations, employee experience processes, onboarding coordination, HR documentation, vendor coordination, and workplace-related employee support at ATICA. You will work closely with the HRBP to ensure that employee-facing operational processes are executed smoothly, consistently, and on time. This role will be critical in creating structure around recurring HR operations and admin-adjacent activities, so that employees experience clarity, responsiveness, and support across their lifecycle. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and making processes work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Executive, People Operations, Employee Experience, or related roles
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with HRMS platforms
  • experience with Keka will be an added advantage
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and trackers
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks with accuracy and ownership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across employees, vendors, IT, Finance, Admin/Facilities, and managers
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong bias for execution
  • Comfortable working from office 5 days a week
