Job Responsibility:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Track compliance, training, and documentation
Support benefits and HR reporting
Assist with HRIS updates and data accuracy
Partner with HR team on process improvements
Handle employee inquiries and support requests
Requirements:
2–4 years of HR or HR operations experience
Experience in biotech or fast-paced environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Experience with HRIS systems
Ability to adapt quickly in contract settings
Nice to have:
