Job Responsibility
Onboarding & Offboarding: Own and deliver a seamless experience, from ID checks to payroll coordination
Process Improvement: Maintain and enhance HR trackers, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Tech Integration: Support the implementation of our AI-enabled HR system and ensure high-quality data management
Data Management: Handle employee data and workflows, ensuring GDPR compliance
First Point of Contact: Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR processes
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance workflows
Compliance Tracking: Ensure key compliance activities, such as GDPR training, are completed and reviewed annually
Reference Checks: Handle external reference checks and employment verification requests
Operational Support: Contribute to admissions, finance, and internal events as needed
