Our partner in the aviation industry is looking for an HR Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • International HR Administration: Manage and execute HR processes for employees based in various global locations
  • Data Management: Execute employee data updates and complete administrative transactions with high levels of speed and precision
  • Workflow Oversight: Evaluate and authorize Employee Self-Service requests while adhering to established internal protocols
  • System Maintenance: Build, update, and manage organizational position data within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Technical Support: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to facilitate HR administration and safeguard data integrity
  • Document Control: Oversee HR documentation and personnel records in strict accordance with document management standards
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all activities align with relevant internal procedures, navigating different process frameworks as required
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly audit data quality to identify and resolve discrepancies or escalate complex issues
  • Stakeholder Assistance: Offer professional administrative guidance and support to internal stakeholders with a service-first mindset
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with HR peers worldwide and specialized support teams at headquarters to ensure seamless administrative operations
  • Information Security: Manage sensitive personnel information with the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support, preferably within an HR environment
  • Intermediate level of English and French language knowledge in written and spoken
  • Strong data entry and administrative processing skills
  • Affinity with HR systems and digital tools
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM is an advantage
  • Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
