HR Operations Administrator

• Supporting both employees and leadership
• Payroll and leave administration
• Onboarding, offboarding, and regulatory compliance

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now
• experience with Kronos is a plus
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is advantageous
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address concerns effectively
