Job Description:

The HR Operations & Admin Analyst role at NTT DATA involves supporting compensation programs and liaising between HR departments. Candidates should have strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel. A graduate degree is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR operations for UK regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ability to handle detailed problems which require standard solutions
  • Supports development, modification and execution of new or revised compensation programs and policies
  • Ability to perform full scope of activities associated with administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs
  • Acts as a liaison between compensation groups and other HR departments, as well as line management and outside service providers
  • Analyse changes in salaries or salary grades that deviate from policy or job structure and communicates findings and/or proposals to senior team members or leaders
  • Provide guidance and direction to a larger/broader employee population regarding compensation issues
  • Maintains and updates job and salary grade structure
  • Review requests for new or revised jobs and provide guidance on appropriate salary grade and level assignment as per company standard

Requirements:

  • Solid statistical analysis skills
  • Solid understanding of job design and content
  • Solid knowledge of principles and practices of compensation systems and programs
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS, PC software and spreadsheet applications
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Good project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • Advance knowledge of excel
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required
  • Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a role for HR Operations for UK regions
  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience of HR Ops role with Comp experience supporting UK
  • Prior experience of HR Master Data maintenance in SuccessFactors or SAP
  • Any certification/ degree in HR will be given preference
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Own and administer our HRIS (HiBob) — managing data accuracy, user permissions, and day-to-day requests ensuring consistency and completeness across all employee records
  • Act as the single source of truth for people and administrative data, proactively identifying gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Run regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance and alignment with company and regional standards
  • Partner with IT and finance to optimize and improve system integrations, automation, and increase overall system efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues
  • respond to employee and manager questions promptly and with a service-oriented mindset
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate People team processes
  • Maintain accurate, compliant employee and HR records
  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to translate ‘tribal knowledge’ and informal practices into structured how-to guides, SOPs, and internal knowledge articles (i.e. onboarding, benefits, leave management)
  • Build and maintain a logical filing and documentation structure for the People team and employee records
