Job Description

Handles transactions from first contact, registration, escalating and resolving in a professional and efficient manner – in a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working, and guides junior team members in daily operations. Handles all transactions, operational tasks, and quality checks; supports implementation of new processes and identifies underlying issues. Creates, maintains, and improves vendor creation operations, including documentation, and ongoing operational support. Provides card-related operational support, including transaction handling, issue investigation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving operational issues; collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvements and expectation management are in place. Responsible for own KPI delivery; performs deep dives and takes corrective actions when KPIs are off-track. Reports team KPIs to internal stakeholders. Identifies and implements data-driven improvements in collaboration with colleagues to minimize waste, increase efficiency, and improve quality and customer satisfaction. Participates in projects, representing the team, including process setup or optimization related to vendor operations and card support. Is in contact with different stakeholders (internal/external) and acts on their demands and expectations in an operational context.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1 ~ 2 years’ relevant working experiences in HR field
  • Experience in Workday is preferred
  • New Entry (신입급) is also available with HR internship experience
  • English: Can communicate with a strong degree of fluency and produce clear and detailed text
  • Data analytics (Excel): able to create insight by using basic functions (formulas) and charts
  • Navigates all relevant systems/processes for transactions independently
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Proven experience in setting up new processes and delivery of basic and medium process improvements
