Job Responsibility:
Handles transactions from employee's request in HR cycle as a first contact
Handles operational tasks and quality checks, deals with implementation of new processes and identifies underlying issues
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place
Responsible for own KPI delivery, performs deep dives and takes action if KPI is off-track
Report out of team KPI's towards internal stakeholders
Participates in projects, representing the team
Is in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands and expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
2 ~ 4 years’ relevant working experiences in HR field
Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English
Proficient in systems and process manual
Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders
Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with team and diverse stakeholders
