Job Mission: Delivering the best employee experience by ensuring accurate and effective transaction handling. Supporting all People administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving.

Job Responsibility

  • Handles transactions from employee's request in HR cycle as a first contact
  • Handles operational tasks and quality checks, deals with implementation of new processes and identifies underlying issues
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  • Collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place
  • Responsible for own KPI delivery, performs deep dives and takes action if KPI is off-track
  • Report out of team KPI's towards internal stakeholders
  • Participates in projects, representing the team
  • Is in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands and expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2 ~ 4 years’ relevant working experiences in HR field
  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English
  • Proficient in systems and process manual
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders
  • Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with team and diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Experience in Workday is preferred
