Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, or other relevant field
Fluent in oral and written English and Japanese
MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT
HR system experience is a must
Strong knowledge in Japan labor related laws and registrations
Good communication across levels and functions
Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure
Over 5 years’ working experience in HR Operations and Payroll, social insurance administration, income tax, time & Attendance, and vender management
Good communication skills to gain trust and good will from employees.
