Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage HR system-related activities and ensure accurate employee lifecycle data, including onboarding, system updates, offboarding, and payroll reporting. The role also involves generating HR management information reports, supporting stakeholders with analytical insights, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end HR system operations, including new starters, changes, leavers, and payroll reports
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports and respond to ad hoc requests
  • Maintain and improve data integrity by collaborating with stakeholders and updating processes
  • Participate in HR projects, system updates, and user acceptance testing for new releases
  • Support payroll by providing accurate employee information and assist with offboarding processes
  • Handle employee inquiries and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred)
  • 1–2 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR modules and EVO HR systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
