Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Onboading Specialist to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting key human resources functions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations. This is a long-term contract position offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare-focused organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee employee onboarding activities, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Administer HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing I-9 documentation, and conducting background checks
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards in all HR-related activities
  • Address employee relations concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR operations and improve processes
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor and update HR systems and documentation to ensure data integrity
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to maintain compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources administration, including onboarding and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of I-9 compliance and related processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools to manage employee data and records
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to analyze HR data and present actionable insights
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving HR processes
