The HR Onboarding Coordinator at the HR Solutions Centre (HRSC) in Lithuania supports onboarding activities for Cencora’s EMEA region, reporting to the HRSC Onboarding Lead. The role manages recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, pre-employment tasks, and record-keeping. Additional responsibilities include collecting onboarding documents, preparing employment paperwork, assessing background checks, and sharing results to support hiring decisions. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a focus on improving recruitment operations are essential.
Job Responsibility:
Receive interview scheduling requests in Workday and complete them on time, following service level agreements (SLAs)
Arrange executive interviews by following all steps in the process and working with candidates and hiring managers
Update interview schedules quickly if there are changes or cancellations
Inform everyone involved about these changes
Contact candidates and give them clear instructions about interviews
Always communicate in a professional and timely way
Reply to applicants about their status and help with questions on Workday or the company career site
Set up debrief calls after interviews
Start preboarding tasks once a candidate accepts an offer, using Workday and other systems as needed for local rules
Collect all documents required for the country and prepare contracts as part of onboarding
Keep candidate records up to date in the applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday, and employee files
Start, track, and confirm pre-employment checks like background screening based on country requirements
Report any scheduling problems or delays in completing new hire tasks to the right people, such as the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or HR or Technology teams
Look for ways to improve the candidate’s experience and make interview scheduling and logistics better
Take responsibility for improving processes and documentation
Review background check results, investigate any problems, and decide if someone can be hired
Share background check results with the right people, record decisions, and keep accurate records
Work with Operational Excellence and Training teams to find and make improvements
Do other related tasks as needed
