Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Prepare, distribute, and track new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure completion and compliance of I-9s, tax forms, and employment-related documents
  • Schedule orientations, training sessions, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain and update employee records within HR systems and databases
  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, payroll, and IT teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and follow up on outstanding documentation
  • Assist with employee communications regarding benefits enrollment, company policies, and onboarding expectations
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR records

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
