HR Officer (3 month FTC) Sheffield (Office based) Start Date: ASAP We are currently supporting a client based in Sheffield who is looking for a HR Administrator/HR Officer to join their team on a 3 month fixed term contract to support with workload across the HR team. Job Responsibility:
Managing and triaging the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee records
Taking accurate notes during HR meetings
Providing administrative support to senior HR team members
Conducting Right to Work checks and supporting wider compliance activities
Drafting HR correspondence, including letters and documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR administrative or officer level role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
