Job Responsibility:
Advisory Services: Provide accurate and timely advice on general payroll, leave, entitlements, and recruitment processes
Recruitment & Appointments: Manage job advertisements and complete employment screening, including criminal history checks
Enquiry Management: Triage the HR inbox and phone enquiries, redirecting complex matters to relevant team members
Administration & Reporting: Assist with HR filing and provide support for routine HR reporting tasks
Research: Conduct research into routine HR matters to support policy and procedure application
Requirements:
HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and leave administration
Service Focus: Proven ability to deliver effective HR support and provide timely, accurate advice to clients
Accuracy: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to meeting strict deadlines
Independence: Ability to manage your own workload while contributing positively to the wider team
