Manage employee’s information on internal systems. Track & manage all labor contracts, appendix and other agreements. Implement onboard process for new members, exiting process for resigned members. Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field
2-3 years of proven experience as HR officer or administrator
Have understanding of labor laws & be quick-update of new laws
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication
Be careful & proactive in working
Multi task management skill
Good communication in English or Japanese
Nice to have:
Be able to use Japanese
