Job Responsibility:
Managing employee documentation
Preparing contracts
Maintaining personnel records
Assisting with payroll processes
Support recruitment coordination
Organize training sessions

Coordinating activities that integrate sustainability practices within the workforce
Requirements:
At least two years of professional experience working in HR departments, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and operational support
Proficient in handling essential HR functions such as maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, managing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Experience includes supporting recruitment processes, organizing training sessions, and implementing HR systems
Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written)
Experience working in international environments is highly valued
Demonstrate key competencies such as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
