Oversee HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, and contractor management while ensuring compliance and accurate records. Provide HR support to employees and managers, optimize processes and promote Workday usage, manage payroll coordination, and handle HR reporting and projects. First point of contact for employees on HR related queries. Running a flawless HR administration. Assist in development, implementation and optimization of HR tools and policies, aimed at increasing the level of professionalism. Be the first point of contact for Managers and Employees with regard to specific HR tools and/or policies, such as Employee Performance Management, Training & Development or absenteeism.
