We are looking to appoint two exceptional individuals (1 x full time 35 hours and 1 x part-time 28 hours) to join our HR Administration team based in Tooting, as an HR Officer for a fixed term contract or on secondment until end of July 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Providing a highly professional, proactive HR service to our staff and managers based at our Tooting campus
Play a key role in our HR Officer team supporting staff and managers on the full HR administration remit as part of the integrated HR Directorate
Requirements:
Proven HR administration and HR systems experience
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail including when under pressure
Passion for delivering a great customer service
High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, and experience in using an HR systems
Ability to process, manage and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
