Part-time HR Officer role supporting recruitment and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new starters.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
Support hiring managers with job descriptions, interview planning, and candidate communications
Manage pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new starters feel welcomed and supported from day one
Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role

Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
