Join Red Balloon Educational Trust as our new HR Officer and help us transform the HR function as we implement our new HR system. We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to support our team during a busy period and as we embed our new HR system (SAMPeople).
Job Responsibility:
Support with the optimisation of our new HR system
Finalise and document HR processes and procedures
Quality-check and verify HR data in the system
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and policy review
Review pay structures and contracts across the organisation
Requirements:
CIPD or other appropriate HR qualification or relevant experience
Exceptional IT and Administration skills
Proven experience in similar role
Experience of working in administrative support in a busy business or educational environment
Excellent IT skills and experience with using the Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of governance procedures and statutory compliance
Experience in a trust-level education environment
Nice to have:
CIPD Level 5
Experience with HR systems (SAMPeople desirable)
