Job Responsibility:
Ensure all applicants are fully compliant before they start
Handle references, right to work documents, DBS checks, conduct DBS risk assessments and report to senior management
Manage the HR Inbox, produce reports on starters/leavers and employee absence, maintain employee records on HR systems in accordance with GDPR, and support various projects
Support line managers with sickness absence and AWOL processes, assist in disciplinary investigations and ensure adherence to best practices, attend casework meetings and produce related correspondence
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
