In this dynamic, internally focused role, you will deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services across a diverse, multidisciplinary organization. You will be the go-to expert for hiring managers, providing strategic advice, education, and innovative recruitment solutions to attract and retain top talent, while keeping your finger on the pulse of current market trends and best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Deliver comprehensive recruitment services, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding
  • Strategic Advice & Education: Coach and guide hiring managers on appropriate, efficient recruitment approaches and selection methodologies
  • Market Insights: Maintain a strong personal awareness of industry best practices, modern selection strategies, and current market influences to optimize hiring outcomes
  • Safety & Compliance: Actively role-model a positive safety culture. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety Management Systems and fulfill all due diligence, compliance, and legislative obligations

Requirements

  • Internal Recruitment Expertise: Extensive, proven experience managing internal recruitment processes within a large, multidisciplinary organization
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Human Resources (or a related discipline) or equivalent, applicable professional experience
  • Safety Leadership: Demonstrated experience exercising due diligence and visible leadership in adhering to Health & Safety Management Systems and legislative compliance
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
