We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing key human resources functions. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining an efficient, well-run office environment while supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle—from onboarding through performance management. Job Responsibility
Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
Maintain/update employee handbook and policies
Administer employee benefits programs
Partner with leadership on performance management
Address employee concerns and workplace issues
Maintain employee records
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage office supply inventory
Coordinate vendor relationships
Serve as point of contact for IT coordination
Assist in managing company insurance policies and renewals
Develop and maintain office operations manual
Identify process improvement opportunities
Support leadership with administrative initiatives
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a related role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations and benefits administration
Experience managing office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative processes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
