Job Description:

We’re partnering with a well-established industrial business to recruit a forward-thinking HR Manager to lead people strategy, culture and compliance across multiple operational sites. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy, drive workforce capability, and foster a strong safety culture while aligning HR practices with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
Lead recruitment and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place
Design and deliver training, leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Champion a positive, inclusive culture through engagement programs and internal communications
Manage union relationships and collective bargaining processes, ensuring constructive and compliant outcomes
Oversee safety strategy and compliance, promoting a zero-harm culture across all sites
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practices

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Proven experience in union negotiations and industrial relations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change
