A fast-growing power solutions provider with operations across Southeast Asia is undergoing an exciting transformation toward a more structured and corporatised environment. With over 100 employees across multiple plants and offices, the organisation is building a modern HR function to support rapid expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, claims, timekeeping and employee records
Champion adoption and optimisation of the HR management system across all locations
Streamline and standardise HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and frameworks for performance, progression and development
Partner with department heads on talent planning, performance management and workforce needs
Support leadership in building a more structured, scalable HR function
Work closely with Group HR and an interim Head of HR during the transition phase
Contribute to employee engagement, communications and culture-building initiatives
Requirements:
Strong experience in HR operations
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
Background in corporate or structured environments preferred
Comfortable working across both office and plant/manufacturing settings
