Requirements:
HR know-how — you’ve been a People Partner, HRBP or operational HR Manager and know how to make things happen
A safe pair of hands — solid UK employment law knowledge and confident ER case handling
Excel skills that wow — pivots, lookups, dashboards? You’ve got it covered
System smarts — you spot ways to make processes slicker and tools work harder
Engagement energy — you’ve boosted colleague experience and know what lands
