Job Responsibility:
Oversee all HR operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, employee relations, and policy management
Lead employee engagement, training programs, and organizational development initiatives
Advise managers on employee relations, coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement plans
Manage compensation structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with California labor laws and firm-wide policies
Guide HR strategy and process improvements
Oversee HRIS functions, reporting, and data analytics
Lead culture-building efforts and employee communication strategies
Requirements:
5–7+ years of HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of California employment law
Experience in professional services, corporate office environments, or HR business partnership
Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead with empathy, consistency, and professionalism
