We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of human resources experience and a strong background in managing the full cycle of HR functions.
Job Responsibility
Oversee full-cycle human resources operations
Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance to leadership
Administer employee benefits programs
Ensure HR compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Lead recruiting efforts and support hiring initiatives
Coordinate payroll processes
Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience required
Experience handling full-cycle human resources responsibilities
Strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting, and payroll coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in an HRIS system required
Prior experience using Paycom is a very big plus
Experience working within a manufacturing or service company is a plus
Must be available to start ASAP
