Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Administer benefits and compensation programs
Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
Collaborate with department leaders to advance organizational goals
Prepare reports and support HR audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in HR management or a senior HR role
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS (such as Workday)
Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
